Damage from incorrect electrical current, voltage or supply. Damage resulting from any product modification, alteration or adjustment not authorized by Haier. Refusal - In the event of you the buyer refuse delivery for any reason, you are to pay any and all shipping, storage, restocking and handling fees.

Unable to complete delivery - Carriers make every reasonable attempt to complete deliveries. As it is the responsiblity of the buyer to make themselves available for delivery and to provide accurate delivery information, should the delivery company be unable to complete delivery, you the buyer are responsible for any and all costs associated with delivery and return delivery. Genius Goods Inc will incur no expense or fees on shipping, handling, restocking, storage costs or fees. Genius Goods liability for product sale is for the cost of the product itself only.
